Northill Capital is an independent, privately held asset management business, established in November 2010 by Jon Little, former Vice Chairman of BNY Mellon Asset Management, with substantial financial backing from trusts associated with the Bertarelli Family.

Northill's long-term strategy is to build a portfolio of high quality asset management businesses. Northill brings deep industry experience and expertise and the patient, long-term application of substantial private capital to support highly skilled investment professionals to develop their business.

In 2011 Northill acquired a majority stake in Wellfield and arranged a seed capital commitment of $30m for a minimum of three years. In addition Northill provides distribution, IT services, audit, compliance oversight and financial controls to help ensure that we are able to focus on our investment process and servicing our clients.
